A French Canadian, originally from Montréal, Manon has performed through out the world for many years.
She started music lessons at the age of 4 and began piano lessons at 7. After a degree in psychology, she decided to concentrate on music. She began accompanying singers after her musical studies at McGill University in Montréal. After 2 years as an accompanist she decided to sing the songs she enjoyed listening to. She started touring with her own bands changing styles through out the years: folk, pop rock, disco, soft jazz.
By the late eighties she decided to complement her style with modern technology using computers and she started performing as a single pianist entertainer. She has performed through out eastern Canada, for politicians, international companies, private functions and on several TV talk shows in Montréal. She has done various outdoors shows including the St-Jean Baptiste Day in Québec on June 24th. She was invited to perform for the first anniversary of Radisson City, the city created for the James Bay Power Electrical Plant in Canada.
For the last 5 years Manon has been sailing around the world performing for major cruise lines such as Holland America, Costa, Norwegian, Celebrity, Princess and the legendary Cunard Line on its famous Queen Mary 2.
She has completed a CD made of requests from those lovely evenings at sea. This CD reflects a soft ambiance from the romantic and unforgettable nights spent on a cruise, emphasizing the original tone of her voice. She is currently working on a second CD, featuring an up tempo style with more rock & roll piano solos that will reflect the taste of younger audiences.
She performed for simple occasions and major events. Her enjoyment of music is communicated through her songs and she has made people around the world very happy.
