Project Medishare for Haiti, Inc. was established by physicians from the University of Miami in 1994 and is dedicated to improving the health of the Haitian people by re-establishing the health infrastructure in several communities and facilities throughout Haiti. Dr. John Ragheb and his team have provided pediatric neurological surgery to more than 50 children suffering from hydrocephalus.

With the help of Haitian health care providers and the team of Project Medishare volunteers who travel to Haiti, we have had a high success rate with the completion of hydrocephalus surgeries. However, there are many children who continue to suffer from this potentially deadly condition. With your help, we can reach more children and be even more successful in reaching our goals in Haiti.
